Kelly Satterwhite founded The Satterwhite Law Firm, PLLC after a remarkable career spanning the concert stage, the military, and the business world. A native of Baytown, Texas, Kelly earned a degree in French Horn Performance from Louisiana State University in 2003 before dedicating twenty years to the United States Army Band — eight of them as its Principal Horn.
That career instilled a discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence that now defines every client engagement at this firm. After being admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2016, Kelly has spent nearly a decade helping families and individuals throughout the DMV protect what matters most: their assets, their businesses, and their legacies.
Kelly also brings rare real-world business acumen to the practice, having successfully managed three offices for a major regional title company — experience that directly informs the firm's business succession, entity formation, and transactional practice areas.
